Professional Experience
Since embarking on my football journey in 2004, I have accumulated a wealth of coaching experience. I have been privileged to work with and learn from numerous top footballing professionals. My background extends beyond coaching to include roles as a performance analyst and, more recently, as a scout. This diverse experience has enriched my understanding of various roles within the football industry and significantly enhanced my footballing knowledge, ultimately making me a more effective coach.
Professional Experience
In addition to my football career, I have dedicated over a decade to military medicine, providing specialised emergency care while embedded in the NHS and during overseas deployments. This dual career path has honed my abilities to be hardworking, professional, adaptable, considerate, reliable, and honest. I am recognised as a strong leader and role model who thrives on challenges and continually seeks opportunities for learning and development in a field I am deeply passionate about.
Volunteering and Community Involvement
I also volunteered at the UK Sport 'Find Your Greatness' event, contributing to their innovative testing programme designed to identify potential athletes for the next Olympic selection, UK Sport 2024. This experience further underscores my commitment to supporting the development of emerging talents in sports.
