Formerly Academy Director at DBS International Academy, I have led elite player development programs, built strong recruitment networks across Europe, and designed UEFA-standard training curriculum for aspiring professionals. Previously with the Football Association of Ireland (FAI), I coordinated operations for national teams from U15 to U21s and the Women’s Senior Team, ensuring seamless logistics, compliance with UEFA/FIFA regulations, and successful delivery of international fixtures. I am A UEFA A and Elite Youth A Licence holder, I bring deep expertise in youth development, player identification, and international recruitment, supported by strong working relationships with leading clubs across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
